Shipping & Returns

In stock items are usually shipped the same day.  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS   FEDEX

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products,  and your location.

RETURNS

Stock Products -  All returns must have a RMA number and be returned within 30 days of your purchase. *restocking fee applies

Research and Development, Customized Products and Software - will not be refunded or return accepted

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Upstate Networks is not responsible for any loss of revenue or profit or other financial damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, suffered by the customer for any reason whatsoever.
